What to know before you commit
Any medication is separate. A medication is prescribed
only if deemed medically appropriate. Your doctor may instead recommend
advice, a referral to another practitioner, monitoring, lifestyle changes,
or no treatment. Where a medication is prescribed, its cost is set and
billed by your own pharmacy, not by us.
How the plan continues. The plan covers your initial
consultation, your initial blood panel and one review at 3 months. After
the six-month plan, a new consultation is needed to reassess. Where a
Hormonal Optimisation pathway applies, repeat blood testing and review
are needed about every six months to continue safely. Ongoing consultations
and repeat bloods are billed separately.
A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is
required before any treatment plan. Individual results vary based on
your unique biology and commitment to the program. Assessment
findings do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your doctor may
recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, a GP review, a referral
to another practitioner, further investigation, or no treatment,
depending on your circumstances. In an emergency, call 000.
In accordance with Australian regulatory requirements, we do not
advertise specific prescription medicines to the public. See our
Terms and Privacy Policy
for the full detail.
