Start with a single consultation, or add a comprehensive blood panel for a deeper clinical picture. Each option has its own next step, set out on the card. Ongoing care is a separate membership, listed below. What is included is spelled out so you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit.

If deemed medically appropriate, your doctor may recommend treatment or further steps. A blood test may be required before considering any hormone-related assessment or treatment options. Any medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy.

Advanced Performance Consultation & Blood Panel

A deeper clinical picture.

$349 AUD · one-time

Comprehensive blood panel included. Required for anyone undergoing hormone health assessment or considering hormone-related treatment options. Also suitable if you would like pathology included as part of your assessment.

  • A comprehensive blood analysis, interpreted by your doctor
  • A review of your goals, symptoms, history and results
  • Clear recommendations and next steps

Complete the questionnaire and we email your blood test referral and instructions. Once your results are back and reviewed, we send you a private link to book your consultation.

If deemed medically appropriate, your doctor may recommend treatment or further steps. Any medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy.

APC Membership

Ongoing, doctor-led support after your consultation, for members who want their care monitored and adjusted over time. Separate from the consultation fees above.

6-month minimum commitment · $594 AUD total minimum

  • Total minimum cost: $594 AUD, charged as 6 monthly payments of $99.
  • Renewal: The membership does not renew automatically. At the end of the six months you choose whether to continue.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time by contacting the care team. The remaining monthly payments in the six-month minimum term stay payable, and you keep access to the included services for that term.
  • What the fee covers: Only the membership services listed above.
  • What costs extra: The initial consultation fee, any medication, pharmacy or delivery charges, and any pathology outside the included reviews. These are billed separately.

The membership is optional. A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is required before starting the membership, and you can complete a consultation without joining. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

How to join APC Membership

APC Membership is optional. It provides ongoing support after your initial doctor consultation, for members who want it. You can complete a one-time consultation and stop there: nothing about booking a consultation enrols you in the membership, and you decide about ongoing membership only after your consultation.

  3. Have your doctor consultation

    Discuss your health, goals, and potential treatment options with one of our doctors. Your doctor will determine what, if any, treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

  4. Join APC Membership

    Once you've completed your consultation and discussed next steps with your doctor, you can choose to join APC Membership for additional follow-ups and ongoing support, or choose not to. It is $99 per month with a six-month minimum commitment, a total minimum of $594 AUD, and it does not renew automatically. You can return to this page to join, or access the membership option through your APC Patient Portal.

What to know before you commit

Any medication is separate. A medication is prescribed only if deemed medically appropriate. Your doctor may instead recommend advice, a referral to another practitioner, monitoring, lifestyle changes, or no treatment. Where a medication is prescribed, its cost is set and billed by the pharmacy, not by us.

How the plan continues. The plan covers your initial consultation, your initial blood panel and one review at 3 months. After the six-month plan, a new consultation is needed to reassess. Where a hormone-related treatment applies, repeat blood testing and review may be required about every six months to continue safely. Ongoing consultations and repeat bloods are billed separately.

A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is required before any treatment decisions are made. Individual results vary depending on individual circumstances, health factors and response to care. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome.

Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your doctor may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, a general practitioner review, a referral to another practitioner, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances. In an emergency, call 000.

What happens after I finish the questionnaire?

It depends which option you chose. With the Performance Consultation at $149, you go straight to booking your 20-minute consultation. With the Advanced Performance Consultation and Blood Panel at $349, we email your blood test referral and instructions instead. Once your results are back and reviewed, we send you a private link to book your consultation.

What is the difference between the discovery call and a doctor consultation?

The discovery call is free, runs about 10 minutes and is with a founder, Ken or Adam. It is an orientation conversation about how the clinic works and where to start. It is not a medical consultation. A doctor consultation is the clinical step. You complete the questionnaire first, then you meet a qualified Australian doctor in a live telehealth consultation.

What is included in the fee?

Charges are separate and itemised. The consultation fee covers your time with a qualified Australian doctor and the assessment described on this page. Pathology outside an included blood panel carries its own cost. The membership fee covers only the ongoing membership services listed on this page. Medication costs, pharmacy charges and any delivery charges are set and billed by your chosen pharmacy, not by us. We explain exactly what is included before you commit to anything, and we provide itemised invoices for your records.

Are medication costs included?

No. Any medication is separate from these fees. A medication is prescribed only if deemed medically appropriate. Your doctor may instead recommend advice, monitoring, a referral, or no medication at all. Where a medication is prescribed, its cost is set and billed by the pharmacy, not by us.

Do I have to join the membership?

No. The membership is entirely optional and separate from the consultations. You can book a one-time consultation, complete it, and decide afterwards whether ongoing membership suits you. Nothing about the consultation requires you to subscribe, and you are not enrolled in anything by booking one.

Can I claim through Medicare or private health?

A Medicare or private health benefit may apply, depending on your fund and cover. Consultation fees may sit outside Medicare and the PBS. We provide itemised invoices so you can check what you may be able to claim with your fund.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

The consultation fee pays for the doctor's time and assessment, which you receive whatever the outcome. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, so the fee is not refundable on the basis that no treatment was recommended. If you have a billing question, contact our care team and we will talk it through.

Can I cancel the membership?

The APC Membership has a six-month minimum commitment at $99 per month, a total minimum of $594 AUD. This is set out before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time by contacting the care team, and the remaining monthly payments in the six-month minimum term stay payable while you keep access to the included services for that term. The membership does not renew automatically: at the end of the six months you choose whether to continue. If we cannot provide the included services, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund of the affected fees.
