In the consult

What the consultation covers.

  • The history of the concern and how it affects you

  • Investigations or imaging, where your doctor considers them relevant

  • Your activity, goals and what you have already tried

  • Appropriate next steps, which may include referral

A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is required before any treatment plan. Your doctor reviews your situation as a whole and discusses sensible next steps, which may include no treatment.

The process

Four steps, start to finish.

Each step is doctor-led and built around your circumstances. The questionnaire helps your doctor prepare. It is never used on its own to diagnose or prescribe.

  1. Share your context

    A clear starting point

Tell us what you train for, what is working and what is not. A short medical questionnaire helps your doctor understand where you are starting from before your consultation.

  2. Live consultation

    With a qualified doctor

You have a live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor. A live consultation is always required before any treatment plan. Your doctor reviews your history, your goals and any relevant results.

  3. Honest options

    Including no treatment

Your doctor talks through options for your situation. This may include lifestyle advice, further review, a referral, ongoing monitoring, or no treatment. Any treatment is only considered by your doctor if deemed medically appropriate.

  4. Your next step

    No pressure either way

You decide what happens next. You can book a consultation, take the information away, or choose nothing for now. There is no pressure either way.

Individual results vary based on your biology and circumstances. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. Telehealth is not suitable for all health concerns. Your doctor may recommend in-person assessment, GP review or referral. In an emergency, call 000.
