The process

From questionnaire to a live consultation.

Here is how it works, start to finish. The questionnaire helps your doctor prepare. A live consultation with a qualified Australian doctor always comes before any treatment decisions are made.

  1. Share your details

    About 5 minutes

    Tell us about your health, your goals, and what is and isn't working. It takes about 5 minutes, and you can save it and come back any time. Your doctor reads it before you meet. It is never used on its own to diagnose or prescribe.

  2. Meet your doctor, live

    Live, with a qualified doctor

    You meet a qualified Australian doctor in a live telehealth consultation, by video or phone. They go through your history and the goals you shared, and you talk it through together. Where it helps, your doctor may arrange relevant pathology.

  3. Talk through your options

    Including no treatment

    After assessing you, your doctor talks through honest options for your situation. That can mean lifestyle advice, further investigation, a referral, monitoring, or a treatment if deemed medically appropriate. It can also mean no treatment for now. The decision is your doctor's, made with you.

  4. Ongoing care

    Reviews along the way

    If you go ahead, your doctor explains the plan in plain language: the likely steps, what it costs, and how reviews fit in. Care continues with scheduled reviews and access to the team. Choosing nothing for now is a fine outcome too.

Any treatment is considered only where it is deemed medically appropriate, and outcomes may include advice, referral, monitoring, further investigation or no treatment.

Performance Consultation

A starting point.

A 20-minute consultation with a qualified Australian doctor

Complete the questionnaire, then book your consultation straight away.

  • A 20-minute 1:1 consultation with a qualified Australian doctor
  • Review of your goals, symptoms and history
  • Clear recommendations and next steps

If deemed medically appropriate, your doctor may recommend treatment or further steps. A blood test may be required before considering any hormone-related assessment or treatment options. Any medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy.

Advanced Performance Consultation
& Blood Panel

A deeper clinical picture.

$349 AUD · one-time

Comprehensive blood panel included. Required for anyone undergoing hormone health assessment or considering hormone-related treatment options. Also suitable if you would like pathology included as part of your assessment.

Includes

  • One 1:1 consultation with a qualified Australian doctor
  • A comprehensive blood analysis, interpreted by your doctor
  • Review of your goals, symptoms, history and results
  • Clear recommendations and next steps

Complete the questionnaire and we email your blood test referral and instructions. Once your results are back and reviewed, we send you a private link to book your consultation.

If deemed medically appropriate, your doctor may recommend treatment or further steps. Any medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy.

APC Membership

Ongoing, doctor-led support after your consultation, for members who want their care monitored and adjusted over time.

  • Ongoing clinical oversight and progress monitoring
  • A scheduled medical review at 3 months
  • Care team access during business hours
  • A plan based on your results, adjusted as you progress
  • A structured plan across three phases
  • Priority booking for reviews and follow-ups
$99 AUD · per month

6-month minimum commitment · $594 AUD total minimum

  • Total minimum cost: $594 AUD, charged as 6 monthly payments of $99.
  • Renewal: the membership does not renew automatically. At the end of the six months you choose whether to continue.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time by contacting the care team. The remaining monthly payments in the six-month minimum term stay payable, and you keep access to the included services for that term.
  • Not included: the initial consultation fee, any medication, pharmacy or delivery charges, and any pathology outside the included reviews. These are billed separately.

The membership is optional. A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is required before starting the membership, and you can complete a consultation without joining. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

How to join APC Membership

APC Membership is optional. It provides ongoing support after your initial doctor consultation, for members who want it. You can complete a one-time consultation and stop there: nothing about booking a consultation enrols you in the membership, and you decide about ongoing membership only after your consultation.

  1. Complete your health questionnaire

    Tell us about your health, goals and what you're looking to achieve.

  2. Choose your pathway

    Select the pathway that best suits your needs and complete any required steps before your consultation.

  3. Have your doctor consultation

    Discuss your health, goals, and potential treatment options with one of our doctors. Your doctor will determine what, if any, treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

  4. Join APC Membership

    Once you've completed your consultation and discussed next steps with your doctor, you can choose to join APC Membership for additional follow-ups and ongoing support, or choose not to. It is $99 per month with a six-month minimum commitment, a total minimum of $594 AUD, and it does not renew automatically. You can return to this page to join, or access the membership option through your APC Patient Portal.

Who runs the clinic?

Advanced Performance Clinic is owner-involved. Ken and Adam founded it and stay close to how it runs day to day. Your consultation is with a qualified Australian doctor, and our care team helps you get started and stays in touch.

What can I discuss during my consultation?

You can discuss a wide range of health and performance goals, including energy, recovery, body composition, hormonal health, sleep, cognitive performance and overall wellbeing. Your doctor will review your individual circumstances and discuss appropriate options based on your needs and medical history.

Will I see the same doctor each time?

Where care continues, we aim for continuity, so the doctor who knows your history is the one reviewing it. If that is not possible for a given appointment, the doctor you see will have your notes.

How do I check a doctor's registration?

Every doctor who consults with you is a qualified Australian practitioner. You can verify any practitioner's registration through the national public register, and we are happy to point you to it.

What happens if telehealth is not right for me?

Your doctor will tell you. Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. The right answer is sometimes in-person assessment, a general practitioner review, a referral, further investigation, or no treatment at all. In an emergency, call 000.
