APC Membership

Ongoing, doctor-led support after your consultation, for members who want their care monitored and adjusted over time.

  • Ongoing clinical oversight and progress monitoring
  • A scheduled medical review at 3 months
  • Care team access during business hours
  • A plan based on your results, adjusted as you progress
  • A structured plan across three phases
  • Priority booking for reviews and follow-ups
$99 AUD · per month

6-month minimum commitment · $594 AUD total minimum

  • Total minimum cost: $594 AUD, charged as 6 monthly payments of $99.
  • Renewal: the membership does not renew automatically. At the end of the six months you choose whether to continue.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time by contacting the care team. The remaining monthly payments in the six-month minimum term stay payable, and you keep access to the included services for that term.
  • Not included: the initial consultation fee, any medication, pharmacy or delivery charges, and any pathology outside the included reviews. These are billed separately.

The membership is optional. A live telehealth consultation with a qualified Australian doctor is required before starting the membership, and you can complete a consultation without joining. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

How to join APC Membership

APC Membership is optional. It provides ongoing support after your initial doctor consultation, for members who want it. You can complete a one-time consultation and stop there: nothing about booking a consultation enrols you in the membership, and you decide about ongoing membership only after your consultation.

  1. Complete your health questionnaire

Tell us about your health, goals and what you're looking to achieve.

  2. Choose your pathway

Select the pathway that best suits your needs and complete any required steps before your consultation.

  3. Have your doctor consultation

Discuss your health, goals, and potential treatment options with one of our doctors. Your doctor will determine what, if any, treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

  4. Join APC Membership

Once you've completed your consultation and discussed next steps with your doctor, you can choose to join APC Membership for additional follow-ups and ongoing support, or choose not to. It is $99 per month with a six-month minimum commitment, a total minimum of $594 AUD, and it does not renew automatically. You can return to this page to join, or access the membership option through your APC Patient Portal.

Not sure where to start? Start with your health questionnaire and doctor consultation first. That is a complete service on its own. Afterwards you can decide whether APC Membership is the right level of ongoing support for you, or simply not join.

Qualified Australian doctors, with pathology and follow-ups included in the six-month membership. A small team that knows your name. We would rather do a few things properly than everything at once.

FAQs

The questions everyone asks.

Everything we'd want to know if we were sitting in your chair. Still unsure? Talk to a person first.

How do I get started with Advanced Performance Clinic?

Getting started is simple. Complete our online health questionnaire and choose how you'd like to begin.

You can book a consultation directly with one of our doctors, or if you're unsure where to start, you can book a free 10-minute phone call with one of our founders.

During the free call, we'll talk through what you're looking to achieve, explain how the APC process works and help you understand the most appropriate next step.

Our service is delivered via telehealth and is available Australia-wide.

Will I need blood tests?

Blood tests are not required for every patient. Your doctor will determine whether blood testing is appropriate based on your health history, symptoms, goals, and the type of assessment or treatment pathway being considered.

For some pathways, including hormone-related assessments, blood tests may be recommended or required to help evaluate relevant health markers and support safe clinical decision-making.

For peptide-related care, blood tests may be recommended where your doctor considers them helpful to better understand your individual health profile, assess suitability, or monitor your ongoing care.

Where blood testing is recommended, your doctor will review the results as part of your overall clinical assessment and personalised care recommendations.

What happens during my doctor consultation?

Your doctor will review your health questionnaire, medical history, symptoms, goals and any relevant information you have provided.

You'll have the opportunity to discuss what you're looking to improve, including areas such as performance, recovery, energy, body composition, hormonal health and overall wellbeing.

Your doctor will then discuss appropriate options and next steps based on your individual circumstances.

What happens if the doctor recommends treatment?

A consultation may result in advice, monitoring, a referral, further investigation, or no treatment. Where treatment is considered clinically appropriate, your doctor will discuss an individualised plan with you and prescribe where appropriate.

Once your plan has been approved, you'll be notified and can log into your APC Patient Portal to view your approved treatment and medication options and complete your order.

All prescribing decisions are made independently by the treating doctor based on clinical suitability.

What happens after I start treatment?

APC is designed to provide ongoing care and support, rather than simply a one-off consultation.

Depending on your treatment, this may include follow-up consultations, progress reviews and additional blood testing where required. Your treatment can also be reviewed and adjusted by your doctor where clinically appropriate.

We also offer an optional APC Membership, providing additional follow-ups and ongoing support for patients who want a more comprehensive level of care throughout their treatment journey.

Our goal is to make ongoing care simple, accessible and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

How long does the whole process take?

The timeframe depends on your individual circumstances and whether any additional testing or information is required.

Patients who do not require blood testing can generally progress directly from their consultation to any next steps their doctor recommends.

Where blood testing is recommended, your doctor discusses next steps once your results have been received and reviewed.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know what's happening and what the next step is.
