General information only

This website gives general information about our consultations and services. It is not a substitute for personal medical advice. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified health professional about your own situation. If you have a health concern, please speak with a doctor. In an emergency, call 000.

How we advertise

We do not advertise specific prescription medicines to the public in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements. This follows the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. Any specific medicine is only discussed during a consultation, after a clinical assessment by your doctor.

Evidence and claims

We aim to give balanced and accurate information. Where we mention research or health topics, we describe them fairly. We include the benefits and the limits of an approach. We do not overstate what a consultation or a treatment can do.

Neutral language

We write in plain, neutral language. We describe what our doctors do, such as assess, advise and monitor. We do not use hype, fear or pressure. We do not promise a set result or a set timeframe.

Individual results

Individual results vary based on your unique biology and commitment to the program. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular outcome. A consultation may lead to advice, monitoring, a referral, a lifestyle plan, or no treatment.

Treatment is only considered if deemed medically appropriate for you.

Clinical governance

All clinical decisions are made independently by the treating practitioner. Each practitioner is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A live consultation is required before any treatment plan is made.

Your privacy

We handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Please read it alongside this page and our Terms & Conditions.

Complaints and feedback

We welcome your feedback and take concerns seriously. To raise a concern with us, contact our team at [email protected]. You may also contact AHPRA, your state or territory Health Complaints Commissioner, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for privacy matters.
